Next Meeting Tuesday 1st October

make, do & mend man October 2013

It’s 2 weeks until our next meeting & October is all about poppies!

Come & make poppies with us to help raise money for The British Legion. This will be our 3rd year involved in this great cause, how many will we make this year?

Jenny will be coming along to help & guide us.

Please bring the following:

 Red/green fabric or yarn

 Black buttons

A basic sewing kit

Knitting needles or crochet hook

You can either knit, crochet or sew your poppies

Or you can just bring your own project!
If you would be interested in selling poppies in a workplace or group please let me know & I will pass on your details to Jenny.

Breaking News:

We are changing venue!!!

This meeting will be held in the

RSPCA charity shop

91 South Street

Exeter

EX1 1EN

You can find parking at the back of the shop & outside, there’s also 2 car parks very near by.

Just turn up at 7pm & pay on the night, the charge will remain at £3.50…….. money raised will go to the RSPCA.

You can purchase any items from the shop on the night & feel free to bring any donations you wish.

Don’t forget to bring a mug!
